Other advice for influencing the sperm counts’ increase:
For half the cases of couples’ infertility, the problem starts from a low sperm count. Maybe changing the type of underwear men wear could cause a significant difference.
The testicles’ high temperature is another problem: in order to produce a sufficient quantity of quality sperm, the testicles’ temperature should be lower than the rest of the body’s temperature. This is why the testicles are located outside the body.
Testicles can overheat when men wear tight underwear and if they are too hot, even several degrees over the temperature they should have, they are not capable of producing enough sperm.
It takes somewhere between 10 – 11 weeks for sperm to be produced, thus, it makes no difference if you wear boxers one day before your romantic date.
The following suggestions are recommended in order to maintain the testicles’ optimum temperature:
- Do not wear tight pants – especially during sports activities. Wear loose clothing, especially when you have to sit for long periods of time.
- Always wear boxers.
- Avoid the sauna or hot baths.
- Another advice: When you are at home, take your pants off. Not only does this reduce your testicles’ temperature, but it could also excite your partner.
But before anything else, the first test we suggest is having your sperm assessed. This is a simple, inexpensive test and, furthermore, it is the only test that guarantees an orgasm.
